Shipping & delivery
We deliver to selected countries within Europe. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. Be sure to provide your email and phone number to stay updated on your shipment’s progress. You can learn more about how we process your personal information in our Privacy Policy.
If your order is delivered to a service point, please remember to collect it within 7 days. If you're unable to do so within that time, contact us at info@nordhskin.com. Should the parcel be returned to us due to non-collection, a service fee of 250 SEK (25 Euros) will apply.
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the time you place your order. If there's a delay please email info@nordhskin.com.
Please note that you're responsible for the products after delivery. If your package arrives damaged, reach out to us at info@nordhskin.com immediately upon receiving it.
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from received products, and all items must be returned unused with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
All returns remain the customer’s responsibility, and refunds will not be given before the returned products are received by us. We recommend using a signed-for-service post and that you retain receipt of postage.
The original shipping cost and return shipping cost will not be refunded. If the refund reduces the original order value to an amount below the free shipping threshold, additional shipping costs may apply.
Returns are processed within 6 working days of receiving the items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
How to make a return
If you'd like to initiate a return, please reach out to us by sending an email to info@nordhskin.com with your order number in the subject line. Please include the following in your note:
- Name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
Upon receiving your request, we will provide the necessary details to complete your return.
Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel an order for products that have not yet shipped. However, you may need to compensate the company for any costs incurred due to the cancellation. The compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends, among other things, on how close to the shipping date you cancel. When you want to cancel, it is advisable to contact the company in writing.
